Every important claim needs support from manuscript evidence, references, experiments, or real requirements, not AI-invented explanation.
Assess whether the work has enough weight for the field, degree level, and expected venue.
Run five checks before language editing: problem survival, genuine failure, mandatory gates, measurement ceiling, and no-new-problem guardrails.
